March 2026 Monthly Report
Shur Creative Partners — Intelligence Operations Summary
"March was the month SHUR IQ went from prototype to production pipeline."
March 2026 marked the transition of SHUR IQ from a series of one-off client experiments into a repeatable, scalable intelligence production pipeline. The SBPI Semantic Layer reached full operational status across five checkpoints, powering the first cross-vertical deployment into K-Pop entertainment. Nine active client engagements produced over 30 deliverables, each built on the same underlying ontology-driven architecture.
SBPI Semantic Layer
All 5 checkpoints complete. OWL 2 ontology, SHACL validation, ETL pipeline, SPARQL endpoint via Oxigraph, and nightly automation now produce 75,000+ RDF triples across two verticals (micro-drama, K-Pop). This is the backbone that makes cross-vertical intelligence reports possible without rebuilding infrastructure per client.
Cross-Vertical Transfer
The K-Pop vertical proved the SBPI architecture transfers cleanly to new domains. OWL ontology with 8 classes and 10 TPE-weighted edge types was instantiated, SHACL shapes validated, and the first real weekly report (W13-2026) scored 8 entities from BTS (87.55) to NewJeans (32.25).
Client Pipeline
Nine client engagements active in March, from Fortune 500 brand intelligence (Fiserv, Deckers) to startup onboarding (FrameBright, Long Zhu) to recurring competitive intelligence (MicroCo). The two-site editorial pattern (longform brief + viz hub) is now a fully repeatable production workflow, deployed 20+ times to Cloudflare Pages.
Investor Readiness
SHUR IQ Investor Pitch Deck v2 evaluated by a 3-agent panel (YC judge, angel investor, institutional analyst). Executive Summary site deployed as a 5-tab investor-ready asset. Style Guide codified with 17 numbered constraints to maintain voice consistency across all generated output.
